The upgrade introduced clear tracking of Pay Now with instant cashback, Pay Later with three interest-free instalments, and Mintpay Vouchers for 2,000+ stores. I focused on making data visualization, transaction monitoring, and recovery tracking seamless for finance and support teams. This user-centric approach boosted adoption across internal teams and positioned the dashboard as a benchmark in Sri Lanka’s fintech space, recognized in Digital Outlook’s 2024 Annual Market Insight Report.
